Customer Reviews
"ThermoPest were absolute lifesavers. I’d tried sprays, powders, everything. They came in with the heat treatment and it actually worked. Zero smell, zero stress, zero bugs."
"We had bed bugs in our guest room in Heaton, and after a few failed attempts with sprays, we decided to call in the pros. These guys did a full heat treatment and took time to explain everything. It's been a few weeks now and so far, no more signs of bugs."
"Spoke to Gavin about some bites we been getting in our flat in Jesmond. He took the time took the to ask questions and gave honest advice- even said we may not need treatment yet. Didn't try to pressure us in to anything. you don't get that kind of honesty often."
"We needed a second treatment as the first didn't get rid of the bed bug infestation. They came out free of charge as they promised and fingers crossed since then we haven't had an issue."
