"This company is the worst had door window done thought our housing association and front door leak and never fitted write . Had them out and for some reason removed grub screws. That hold dood tight and first guy smoke pot in van and wife was not happy been in home a Lone and when we got rest of window and door done young guy look at it that was employed not self employed said door was so poorly fitted iithadal drainage block and door was not in line and was at least 10 mm out did take out and refit but need things as grub screws missing and round of also lock screws missing so you could push lock thought guy did sort that out and then window form filled and forget to seal and holes around window let water into house it goes on and rubbish left please see phote will not let me load photes"

"Fantastic after sales service. I needed to replace one of the glass panels in my front door. Both were changed as a new design was put in place. Although past the guarantee date, they honoured the guarantee and I only had to pay for the fitting and new cassettes. The fitters, Paul and Hughie, came early, did an excellent job of the panels. They touched up a scuff that i had created, polished the whole front door and swept up after themselves. One really happy and satisfied customer."
