Customer Reviews
"Started off well but not proactive nor are they replying to emails or advising if paperwork is received which is dire customer service. Last 2 emails neither acknowledged nor replied to when all I needed to know was if they had received a form I returned."
"Very unprofessional company. they do not come to the agreed meetings, without informing anyone beforehand (I lost a day of my holiday). They perform ordered tests without the required qualifications. Of course I asked them beforehand if they have the appropriate qualifications, no one denied it."
"Great service. As a first time buyer I was advised to have an inspection of the roof of the property due to a specific (potential) problem. NE surveyors carried out the work really quickly and provided a very clear and detailed report. Having read through it I called to discuss their findings and was given further advice and information. Highly appreciated and recommended"
"Quick, efficient and professional service. Highly recommend! Will use again if needed"
