"We had a recommendation from 2 of our neighbours who had solar arrays and batteries fitted by North East Solar so our expectations were high. Without doubt from the first contact to the completed job they exceeded all our expectations. Very professional specification, planning and documentation. They offered us a range of options, but recommended the cheapest as we could build on the system in the future if required. One of their technical crew came round (at the specified time) and answered all our queries and addressed any concerns we had. The DNO documentation took some time to arrive, but once attained, they came within 3 weeks and fitted the system. The fitters and technicians could not have been nicer, very professional, courteous and extremely tidy. They tested everything thoroughly and spent some time going through the app with us to help us optimise its effectiveness and savings. Post installation support was good with guarantees for the installed equipment arriving within days. We’re just waiting for the DNO sign off and then we can start generating revenue from the excellent system we had installed from North East Solar. I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"I can not rate Callum and the team at north east solar enough. They installed a 9kw system with battery for me. Right from the start the customer service was great and always happy to help, no question was too much. Installation was smooth and the team worked clean turned up as planned and no delays. Even 1 year on I had the need of there services over an issue and the response was fantastic and quick. Issue was resolved and dealt with in less than 3 days even with the bank holiday in there. "The team provided great service start to finish. I contacted them regarding a system they didn't install that had developed a fault they were able to diagnose the fault over the phone and book the repairs in for the next week. The repair was very fast replacing the faulty inverter . Although the new item was a different size the install was very professional and neet. They also checked my set up to ensure it was safe and met the correct rules (did need a new fuse) Overall a great service couldn't ask for more"

"Having spent the best part of 15 years procrastinating over solar panel installation I finally resigned myself to never taking the plunge, until North East Solar was recommended to me by a close colleague. He has researched solar panel provision to an extreme degree, is very knowledgeable, and the fact that Andrew was able to survive such robust interrogation spoke volumes. The survey, advice, quotation we received was simple and straightforward, with absolutely no sense of sales pressure. Scaffolding, installation and removal, took approximately half a day day each. Solar panel installation and subsequent commissioning of 18 PV panels, inverter, batteries, off-grid disconnect swich, iBoost immersion heater switch and EV charger took 2-3 working days, spread over a few weeks, before and after Christmas, at times convenient to our household. Payment scheduling was clear, reasonable and unambiguous. All members of the scaffolding/installation teams were friendly and helpful, happy to answer queries as they went along. Special mention to Callum who juggled a significant number of additions/amendments to our quotation with forthright good humour before we decided to proceed. Now just hoping for some sunshine..."
