Customer Reviews
"contacted Newcastle Measured Survey for a small measured survey. The quotation I received was significantly higher than I expected for the size of the job. I politely asked whether there was any flexibility on the price due to the survey only taking an estimated 2–3 hours. Rather than simply declining, I received a one-line response saying, “By all means find a surveyor for 2–3h. I can’t help.” I completely understand that every business sets its own prices and isn’t obliged to negotiate. However, I found the response unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. A courteous explanation would have left a much better impression."
