Newcastle Flooring Company Limited

"I’ve used this company on two separate occasions and can confidently say they deserve full marks across the board. Their customer service is excellent — they clearly explained all options and pricing, making everything straightforward. The quality of work was spot on, with a flawless finish and full clean-up afterwards. It’s no surprise that so many top hotels and businesses choose to work with them too."

"The most unhelpful salesman with attitude I’ve ever had in my home. Wasted my time , told me to look on line when I asked about product . Didn’t bother to send a quote . Very disappointing."

"Excellent service and great value, tackled a shop floor and stairs at Newcastle Jewellery Company with many heavy counters to move, the carpet looks great and the shop was left ready for opening. We can not praise them highly enough."

"i would love to give 0 rating but parently you can not even do that i have contacted them before christmas they were all helpful and good on advise until they sent mike to take measurements and givie quatations , he came on thursday 10th jan and agreed to get a quote asap since monday i have been calling and chasing mike and even leaving messages he totally ignores , the calls and messages , finally get hold of him he is with his rude attatude you have to pay first , i have tried to chase him up in return if you are not happy go somewhere else attiatude he has no professionalism what so ever and just time waster why dont you say you cant do the job in first place"

"Very helpful company. They offered a quick and reasonably-priced quote, and the fitters were very efficient and cheerful, despite the 'interesting' set-up of the kitchen appliances that had to be disconnected and moved in order to lay the new floor. They left behind a great result, I'm very happy with the new floor."
