We had three units installed in April this year and, from the very first interaction, the advice and guidance we received was second to none - especially as we’d never committed to something like this before. "Can't recommend NE-AC highly enough- came out and fitted two Fujitsu Windstage units for me, and were helpful, friendly, and professional throughout. No pressure at all when doing the survey, and everyone who's seen the work has immediately commented on what a tidy job it is. "We have a static lodge in Northumberland which is like an oven when the sun shines, and a fridge when it doesn't. Dean came out specially to review it, then supplied and fitted a Fujitsu split system with one outside unit, and indoor units in the living room and in the bedroom. He even managed to crawl under the decking to minimise the visible exterior pipework, and cleaned up afterwards both inside and outside to leave the place immaculate. The units are very effective at maintaining the chosen temperature (they have a timer function and can also be controlled by a smartphone app) and they are whisper quiet in normal operation. All in all a hugely positive experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean and NE-AC to anyone!"

"Had two Samsung WindFree 2.5kw units installed in our house in Newcastle and really happy with how it all went. The lads were professional, tidy (Left it cleaner than before actually!) and talked us through everything before they left. And very communicative on WhatsApp about timings for the install. Sensibly priced quote for a professional job. All the electrics were handled as part of the install too, and the pipework and ducting on the outside of the house is really neat and tidy - you can tell they take pride in the finish. As for the units themselves, the Samsung units seem very good - cooling and heating the room really effectively and fast. It's February and I'm sweating! Built-in Wi-Fi so you can control them from your phone through the app, which is handy if you want to get the house sorted before you get home. Very efficient with electricity as they are heat pumps - for me - far cheaper than gas to heat the upper floors. Really pleased overall, would definitely recommend."
