"Mark was absolutely superb to deal with throughout the process of him producing a structural report for our house. He was very easy to deal with and did everything he could to accommodate timings etc. Reports he submitted were always on time (if not before) and any follow up questions/requests were also answered swiftly. He also took time to explain things I wouldn't have understood and did that he a kind and helpful manner without making me feel like questions were unnecessary or stupid.
