"Fitted a new roof to my property. Prior to starting Glen (owner) came around and gave me the quote he went through exactly what was needed clearly and professionally. The guys who came and carried out the work were hardworking, courteous and professional. They ensured they left my property in a clean and tidy state. The scaffolding was removed promptly and again they tidied up. Cannot fault the work or the company. Would highly recommend. The Council Building Inspector came around at the start, during and after they finished and was more than happy to sign off on the work."

"Don’t bother with this company. Called up and arranged for someone to come out the next day to give me a quote. Stayed in the entire day and nobody turned up, called and left a message for someone to call back and had no response. Poor service."

"We had a problem with our flat roof which was still under guarantee and called them up to advise them of the problem that was in February someone came out had a look and said he would be in touch many phone calls later he still didn't come out to do work that was needed. Even though he said he would. It is now June and work still not carried out We have had to go to another roofer firm to get work done . Would not recommend."

"K.L Smith renewed my front of house gutter earlier in the year (2024). About 2 weeks ago (November 2024) one end of the gutter came loose. The company was very courteous and concerned about this. A roofer was sent round on a Sunday and the problem was hopefully resolved. I am impressed to see a roofing company be so concerned with the quality of its work especially if a subsequent problem arises. Well done."

"Contacted the team at KL Smith Roofing late on a bank holiday Monday, to fix a faulty gutter. They called me back immediately, arranged to come out the following morning. True to their word they were around first thing, polite, efficient job complete ✅. Very happy, would definitely recommend."
