"Job number: 12566 I phoned about a wasp nest in my roof. I was given a reasonable quote over the phone and within 2 days someone was sent to sort it. With it being in the roof of a 3 storey house I was refused by some big firms for it being too high up but these guys got it sorted no issue. Carl was great, he explained to me what treatment was needed and how we was going to apply it and was done within 20 minutes. The wasps were no more 3 hours later."

"We have had a recurring problem with rats coming into our cellar space from the main sewer through a redundant drain. This was discovered by a thorough investigation by Norman last year. We arranged with Northumbrian Water to have the pipes lined and this was done. Unknowingly to us it is standard practice for them to cut the lining over entries to redundant lines in case they are needed again so the nasty 4 legged creatures started “visiting” us again recently. The instant I heard the first noises I called Invicta and Carl attended. He cleared the dead rat that had been caught by a trap that had been left last year and checked everything and everywhere including the drains and discovered the cut access to our redundant drain. Northumbrian Water came checked the lining/patch and said it was fine. I fully understand this would appear fine because this is their practice. As Carl had sent me photographs and a video of the drains which I promptly sent to Northumbrian Water I was able to get an emergency visit from them to patch over the entrance to the redundant drain with the instructions is was not to be cut. Happy days. All has been quiet since and I can stop living in a state of permanent high anxiety. Again an absolutely excellent service from Invicta and Carl. Thank you."
