"We recently used Hadrian’s Home Improvements Ltd for a range of jobs on our 1950s home, and I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation from start to finish. The work carried out was extensive: asbestos removal from our garage roof, a full garage roof replacement, repairs to unexpected damage that was uncovered, a new bay window roof, fixing both the garage lintel and the window lintel, replacing guttering, repointing the garage, and replacing the roof edge where the original cement had almost completely deteriorated over time. They also installed additional wooden lintels in the garage where the originals were failing, and finished everything beautifully with new end caps. Every part of the job was completed to an exceptional standard. From the very first quote through to the final clean-up, the customer service was outstanding. Communication was clear, honest, and reassuring throughout, and the team delivered exactly what they promised. In fact, we were told to expect “a beautiful job” — and that is exactly what we got. "I contacted Hadrian Home Improvements after seeing an advert on Facebook. As with any time you need a tradesperson, you’re always a little wary at first, but from the start James, the owner, put me at ease. He arranged an appointment and arrived promptly on the day. He took the time to properly listen to my concerns and even went through the notes and information from my home survey with me, which I really appreciated. He then carried out a full inspection using his drone, capturing very clear, high-definition photos of the roof. He walked around the property with me afterwards, talked through everything he’d found, and later sent over a full catalogue of images so I could see every area that had been checked. It was reassuring to know nothing had been missed. James was easy to talk to and very honest in his advice. When providing the quote, he explained that although there was quite a bit of work needed, he genuinely felt I’d be better off saving for a more permanent repair rather than spending money on short-term patch jobs. He didn’t have to say that, and could easily have just taken the smaller jobs first, so that honesty really stood out to me. Understanding that I’d just moved into the house and had an unexpected leak, he even helped me out with a temporary repair in good faith to stop the issue for now and give me time to plan properly. That kind of trust and customer care is rare these days. Overall, the service I’ve received so far has been excellent, and that’s before we’ve even agreed on any major work. "Cannot recommend these guys enough. Very responsive, from first contacting them. On arrival and inspecting the job (bay window leaking), I was told that they reckoned I should be able to fix it myself and could save myself the money. I was recommended the product to use, and given expert guidance on how to complete the job. They then even asked if I had a ladder to do the job and left a ladder for me to use!! They have then followed up asking how I have been getting on with the job before picking their ladder back up. A great company with kind people who care."
