"Called out late on a Saturday night as we had managed to lock ourselves out! Arrived in a half hour and got us in from the rain quickly without any nasty hidden charges. Also a very reasonable callout fee given it being out of hours and a bank Holiday weekend. Couldn't thank him enough!! If your in the North East this is exactly the business to be getting behind. For comparison we had a call centre quote us ridiculous figures over the phone and another with a way over the top call out charge! Hopefully won't lock ourselves out again but if we ever need any work carried out this will be where we go too. Thanks!!"
