When the postal copy arrived, I was able to read it more thoroughly than I read my email copy and I had a couple more questions. Paul answered my questions clearly and helpfully. The survey explained the defects and risks and what should be done about them. Advice included reducing the ground level at the front to lessen damp, taking up an uneven concrete floor and testing for sulfate, checking one ceiling for asbestos and checking the bathroom under floor timbers for damp damage. Its very useful to have this expert advice. I will keep the survey to refer to as a house owner. I am not an easy customer. I pay on time, but can get confused about what is intended by written wording. I am grateful that my questions were answered clearly. Many thanks."
