He even registered my fab new boiler with the manufacturer, and showed me how to easily control my new heating system. I could not recommend this guy enough. "Derek initially attended to remove an old gas heater, but found a gas leak in our boiler. He ended up replacing the boiler within 48 hours, working his day off to make sure we weren't left without heating. Derek was very upfront and honest, giving us the relevant information so we could make an informed decision without pressure from him.
