Arc Bathrooms & Kitchens

"We have just had a new downstairs WC installed by ARC along with the replacement of a significant part of our downstairs flooring. The building trade might not have the best reputation, but in the case of ARC, everything happened when we were told it was going to happen, and all the various components of the job: preparation, flooring, electricals, plastering, & bathroom installation seemed to knit together flawlessly. The job was completed on time and budget and we are very pleased with the result. Recommended."

"As part of a loft conversion, ARC bathrooms installed a new bathroom for us in summer 2025. Being able to do the design and installation of the bathroom as part of the same company doing the build was something we valued, as it made the process seamless. Communication and quality of work both great. Special mention to Tony and the staff in the Morpeth showroom who were very helpful and accommodating of our toddler and newborn baby."

"After completing their Arc Build processes, Arc Kitchens and Bathrooms renovated the full downstairs including Kitchen, Bathroom and hallway with flooring throughout. Tony spent a lot of time with us with numerous visits to both our house and their Morpeth showroom with designs being tweaked several times to get it right. The Arc build side had already built the new walls and created new kitchen openings with Tony helping us get the kitchen including island and bathroom fully designed which we really appreciated. Tony was available by text message throughout the full project and regularly called over to check progress like Graeme to ensure the project was running smooth. It's testament to how long some of the employees have worked at Arc which shows reputability. John, who has worked there for 17 years, installed the kitchen and was meticulous in doing so with the result exceptional. Martin, who was recommended by our neighbour who Arc did work for 10 years prior, did an excellent job of the tiling with Aaron being amazing in the numerous bathroom processes he can do including gutting/isolating, joinery before all the installation work. Arc have left the whole downstairs completely transformed and must say it was made an easier experience with all the workers being so easy to get on with, thank you, KH"

"We have been delighted with Arc from start to finish. Tony, who designed the bathroom was very helpful and made great suggestions. Steve and Kyle who fitted the room were efficient, polite and helpful. We would certainly recommend this company."

"ARC did an excellent job of our new bathroom. The whole process from design to completion was as easy as possible with very little thought needed from us. The build was quick with no messing around (no going off on other jobs or anything like that) and the workmen were all experienced and great at their jobs. A big thank you to Tony, Martin, Keith and everyone at ARC."
