"I have had one of your employees install a unit in my shop on his own time ( still provided quotes under the company name ) with an apparent “perfectly working unit “. He attempted to do a back handed payment only charging for his work and not the unit. Since the day the unit was installed it hasn’t worked. 5 months have passed and he nor the company will take responsibility. Have tried calling, female manager is rude aggressive patronising and swore repeatedly. Tom ( company director )is never available and apparently can’t return calls, you have to call around his schedule. I have numerous messages via Instagram insinuating parts have being taken from the company , so as far as I’m concerned if your staff are using your equipment and doing back handed “deals “ this should be your responsibility to correct when units which are broken are installed. Absolutely pathetic service and mind blowing that someone can’t comprehend that installing a broke unit and only paying for the “installation “ waives them of any responsibility"
